A reimagining of the famous Paper Plane cocktail first created in NYC. The bittersweet caramel/herbal complexity of amaro and Aperol amplify the rich, oaky character of Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal, and bring a shot of auspicious orange color to the festivities.
