  1. Combine 2 oz Rémy V, ½ oz of fresh lemon juice, ½ oz simple syrup and ½ oz grape fruit juice in a wine glass over ice.
  2. Stir briefly to mix.
  3. Top with sparkling wine or pink champagne 
  4. Garnish with grapefruit wedge.
