A serpentine twist on the iconic Rémy Ginger, itself inspired by the classic Horse’s Neck cocktail. The silky elegance of VSOP is given an effervescent and spicy new dimension, finished with a long snaky coil of fresh lemon zest.

45 ml Rémy Martin VSOP
10 ml Simple syrup
20 ml Red vermouth
Ginger beer

⅓ oz Simple syrup
⅔ oz Red vermouth

4.5 cl Rémy Martin VSOP
1 cl Simple syrup
2 cl Red vermouth
Ginger beer

  1. Pour VSOP, Simple syrup and Red Vermouth into a shaker, top with ice and shake.
  2. Pour in a hight ball glass filled with ice, top with ginger beer and wind a long strip of lemon around to garnish.
