Rémy V is born from legendary French vineyards, where grapes are harvested, vinified and traditionally distilled in copper pot stills. Our cellar master carefully selects fresh and highly aromatic eaux-de-vie to create this exquisite spirit.

Tasting Notes

EYE

Crystal clear when poured neat into the glass. Turning of the glass reveals sumptuous tears, promising roundness on the palate. Adding ice reveals clouds, markers of distillation on the lees, promising a fruity taste.

NOSE

Vibrant fruity aromas of an unaged eaux-de-vie, freshly distilled on the lees for maximum expressiveness. Fresh fruit notes are complemented by floral notes of rose, violet and vine flower.

TASTE

Subtle fruity and floral flavors, with a hint of citrus and mint.

BODY

Balanced on the palate with both freshness and a rich, smooth texture brought by lees distillation.
