⅔ oz Elderflower Syrup
Top off with soda water

20 ml Elderflower Syrup

How to make the
Sidecar Cooler

  1. Combine 30 ml (1 oz) Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal, 15 ml (½ oz) Cointreau l’Unique, 15 ml (½ oz) Verjus and 20 ml (⅔ oz) Elderflower syrup in a glass filled with ice.
  2. Top with soda water. Stir with a spoon.
  3. Garnish with lemon powder or a dehydrated lemon slice.
